Residential "La Corona" is a luxury complex of unique development design, with quality construction materials.

The development comprises of a total of 88 semi-detached houses built in two phases - an interior and an exterior ring. The interior ring overlooks the beautiful communal landscaped gardens, rock gardens, bridges, fountains and grassed swimming pool area. The living room includes a fireplace and features an extensive expanse of glass doors with arched window above leading out to a garden of approx 90m2. The ground floor level contains the kitchen, dining area, guest bathroom/ shower room and a small bedroom or office. The first floor consists of 2 or 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Model B
A four bedroom townhouse of approx 185m2 total constructed area distributed on three floor levels plus a solarium.

The basement level contains the living room and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The living room includes a fireplace and features an extensive expanse of glass doors with arched window above leading out to a garden of approx 60m2. The ground floor level contains the kitchen, dining area, guest bathroom/ shower room and a small bedroom or office. The first floor consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Model C
A two bedroom town house of approx 176m2 total constructed area, distributed on four floor levels with an option of two more bedrooms plus one more bathroom.

The 60m2 basement level enjoys natural light through side windows and also includes pre-installation of plumbing to facilitate an easy bathroom addition. The ground floor level contains the kitchen, guest bathroom and living room with fireplace leading out to a garden of between 40m2 and 60m2. The first floor consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second attic floor level room can be a further additional bedroom.

Construction Materials

STRUCTURE
Reinforced concrete. Reticular frameworks with acoustic correction at the base, and injected polyurethane insulation in the last framework.

FAÇADES
Hollow 1⁄2 brick wall, with air cavity, injected polyurethane insulation and brick partition wall.

INTERIOR COATINGS
Ceramic stoneware tiles in kitchen and bathrooms with an ornamental border. Gypsum plaster and decoration in the rest of the villa. High-quality bathroom and tap fittings.

FLOORS
Natural stone in outdoor areas, with Granada pavestones. Marble floors inside the villa in the lounge, dining room, bedrooms and corridors and ceramic stoneware in bathrooms and kitchen.

ROOFS
Transitable roofs finished in ceramic pavestones. Sloping roofs with aged ceramic tiles.

INTERIOR CARPENTRY
Entrance door in waxed pine, with security lock and three anchoring points. Interior doors with leaves with solid borders and mouldings. Glass doors in lounge and kitchen. Wardrobes finished to match interior doors and equipped with shelves and hanging rail and drawers.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY
Metal work on the exterior, in coloured varnished aluminium, PVC blinds in bedrooms and Climalit-type double-glazed windows.

PAINTWORK
Interior paintwork in one coat with synthetic enamel for locks and trim. Interior walls and ceilings in plain plastic paint.

KITCHEN
